'Transformers One' first teaser reveals Optimus Prime and Megatron's history

 "Transformers One" may be more than just a reboot of the 'Robots in Disguise' brand.  

 This summer, Paramount and Hasbro will release a new Cybertronian adventure after "Transformers: Rise of the Beasts" last year.  

 We don't know if the animated film will be tied to the live-action films, which will have a massive Transformers & G.I. Joe crossover to appease '80s fans.  

 Instead, "Transformers One" takes viewers back to pre-war Cybertron, establishing Optimus Prime and Megatron as allies. Expect things to go south soon.  

Paramount Pictures released the first "Transformers One" trailer on YouTube and other media.  

 We also know that the movie will be released internationally in stages starting Sept. 13, 2024 (and Sept. 20 in the U.S.). Transformers One official trailer:  

 This initial glimpse makes "Transformers One" look good. Due to the long time since a Transformers movie spent more than a few minutes on Cybertron, this film is more intriguing than others.  

Since the narrative is so old, Optimus Prime and Megatron are still youths named Orion Pax and D-16. The trailer shows them transforming into vehicles for the first time, which is funny.
