This autumn, USF will offer a Taylor Swift class.

Taylor Swift is visiting the University of South Florida...sort of."Ready For It?"

After winning the Grammy for Album of the Year with her 2022 album “Midnights,” the international pop star has been unstoppable for two years.

Swift's global "Eras Tour" and growing romance with Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce have made her the topic of the world.

Swift is the “first musician to reach the milestone solely from songwriting and performing,”

according to Forbes, and she joined Forbes' billionaires list earlier this month.

If you're a Swiftie, you know that Swift's accomplishments don't end there,

and universities are starting to notice the impact the “Cruel Summer” singer is having on the world and soon-to-be classroom.

As Swift continues to rule the airwaves, institutions are offering classes on her commercial techniques, cultural and economic effect, and sophisticated songwriting.

USF said Monday that they will join the increasing list of Florida institutions offering Swift.

The Oracle, USF's student publication, reports that English professors Jessica Cook, Emily Jones, and Michelle Taylor will teach three Swift-themed LIT3301 classes this autumn.
