Michelle Pfeiffer ‘Excited and Ready’ to Be the New Face of ‘Yellowstone’

Kevin Costner and Matthew McConaughey are vying for the title of Yellowstone's overlord, but there is growing speculation that Michelle Pfeiffer may become the franchise's uncontested cowboy queen, leaving the men to play second fiddle.

"Michelle is primed for big, big things, and the mood is the franchise will go a different route, embrace girl power, and move with the times," says a source exclusively to Life & Style.

According to rumors, McConaughey, 54, has yet to finalize a deal to feature in a Yellowstone spinoff, and sources say executives are still negotiating his $2.5 million per episode salary.

Meanwhile, Costner, 69, disagreed with creator Taylor Sheridan over timing, but a source says, "He's now willing to let bygones be bygones

and appear in some capacity in the second half of Yellowstone's fifth and final season for proper closure of his character."

According to the source, Matthew's procrastination could cost him a lot of money, and he has yet to sign a contract.

Kevin's comeback is also uncertain, and he'll only make a cameo appearance at best due to his hard-line tactics, thus Michelle has a clean path to victory!

Pfeiffer, 66, was a gorgeous leading lady in the '80s and '90s, as well as an unconventionally clever and sarcastic sex symbol. Although the Catwoman star has recently appeared in Ant-Man and Maleficent sequels, Yellowstone would be a significant coup.
