Homemade Korean Strawberry Milk.

The Homemade Korean Strawberry Milk is special in that it contains fresh strawberries and strawberry syrup.

It's also made with handmade strawberry puree! Interestingly, it is also known as Strawberry Latte, despite the fact that it normally contains no coffee.

1 1/4 cups strawberries, fresh or frozen. 1/4 cup sugar (use less if you want less sweet drinks) 3/4 cup of fresh strawberries. 2 cups milk of your choice

Serve immediately once the purée and strawberry bits are mixed with the milk.

Pour the chilled strawberry syrup into a large glass. Swirl it up and around the glass to create a design.

Finally, gently add your preferred milk. Swirl it around to create a cool effect. Note: To achieve a more delicious texture, froth the milk before adding it.

Make sure the milk and syrup are chilled before combining together and serve immediately.

You can keep the cooked strawberry syrup in the fridge for up to 2 days in an airtight container. The syrup can also be used on any desserts or drinks if you have leftovers.
