After clean mammography three months earlier, Olivia Munn was shocked by cancer diagnosis.

When Olivia Munn was diagnosed with cancer, her life changed.

Newsroom actress has always been health-conscious, like many.

Her BRCA gene and mammography tests were negative a year ago.

Three months later, Olivia's OB-GYN Dr. Thaïs Aliabadi saved her life by administering the Tyrer-Cuzick risk assessment calculator, which Olivia scored 37.3 percent on.

High-risk scores of 20% or above prompted her doctor to request an MRI.

Olivia's MRI was unclear, so she was scheduled for an ultrasound the same day and an emergency biopsy the next day.

She was diagnosed with stage 1 Luminal B bilateral breast cancer by Dr. Aliabadi three days after the biopsy.

When she had cancer in both breasts, physicians recommended a double mastectomy.
