1. Banana-Blueberry Smoothie 

All-around winner: banana-blueberry smoothie with three ingredients. Nonfat plain yogurt, strawberries, and a blender are all you need!  

2. Banana-Oat Smoothie 

This smoothie recipe is flexible like many of our favorites. The recipe asks for old-fashioned rolled oats, but you can use quick-cook if you have them. Low-fat yogurt and fat-free milk can replace any yogurt or milk, including non-dairy. 

3. Avocado, Spinach, and Pear Smoothie 

Our favorite vegan avocado smoothie is fresh and creamy. The lush green fruit eliminates the need for yogurt or other dairy, while spinach adds nutrients and greenery.   

4. Pineapple and Ginger Smoothie

Pineapple dominates this smoothie. Fresh pineapple chunks are fine, but frozen ones add a richer flavor.  

5. Apple Smoothie

This vegan smoothie has Granny Smith apples, bananas, and orange juice without dairy or yogurt. Vanilla and honey enhance the fruits, and flaxseed thickens and provides omega-3s.
